Zaqtel provides prepaid international calling, calling plans and related communications services subject to destination availability, carrier coverage and local law.

Permitted use

Customers must use the service lawfully and may not spoof caller identity, commit fraud, harass recipients, bypass telecom controls or use prohibited premium-rate destinations.

Rates and plans

Rates can vary by country, operator, prefix and route. Plans may include fair-use limits, excluded destinations and renewal periods displayed at purchase.

CLI and caller ID

Caller ID is subject to carrier and regulatory rules. Only approved, verified or otherwise authorized CLI may be used.

Availability

Calls depend on internet, SIP carriers and destination networks. Zaqtel may reroute or block traffic to protect quality, security or compliance.
